Colin and his wife Carol are the organisers of 'Nudestock' a week long naturist festival that is held in a field behind their farm house in Wroot, Lincolnshire.
The farm is fully working all year round, with 145 cows and and 300 acres of crops such as corn and wheat.
Colin has lived on the farm all his life: "I wouldn't move away, I've been here 63 years, I like it here and it's all I've ever known."
Six years ago the couple decided to start hosting 'Nudestock' after a few years of hosting smaller naturist type events at their farm.
Colin and his wife first became interested in naturism 30 years ago after a trip to Fraisethorpe Sands naturist beach in Bridlington. "We felt very at ease around everyone, and it was such a friendly environment for the kids and all the family."
After experiencing the naturist way of life and liking it very much they became members of some small naturist clubs that played bowls and went for nude swims, they then went on to join the British Naturist Society, the largest naturist group in the UK with over 100,000 members.
Colin and his wife decided that they would start a campsite one of the fields behind their house and invite all their friends round to campout for a weekend and play some bowls.
"We liked the atmosphere at these naturist events so much, everyone seemed so friendly and nobody was judged on what they were wearing or what car they had you know, you were judged on who you were, your character became the most important part."
The couple would take Colin's father and their two children (now grown up) on weekends away: "It became our life, all of our friends were made through the naturism groups and we loved it."
However, around 10 years ago Colin and Carol became full time carers for Colin's father when he became ill. This put an end to the weekends away as Colin's father couldn't leave the house very easily. That's when Colin opened his campsite. "I could no longer go out and see my friends so I had to find a way to bring them to me."
"At first some of the locals in the village were a little bit funny with me about the campsite, they thought it was some kind of wife swap thing, but it said it wasn't and just kept me business to myself, they keep their noses out and everyone is fine."
From there the 'Nudestock' camps began to evolve until we get to where we are now. Colin spoke to an official at BN to make the event official. He rents the field out and the BN do the majority of the advertising and fund the event.
The couple have held the 'Nudestock' annual festival for the last six years and usually get between 60-80 people coming along. They are currently making the final preparations for their next festival, to be held 22nd May - 29th May and expect it to be a great success.
